st-RAT-egy: Lose to Win
st-RAT-egy: Lose to Win
You are Lord Munster, the wisest rat lord of the curd-dom. Your village is under siege. But here's the twist: you cannot win the normal way.
The legendary Hero Beaufort will only come to your village if you struggle convincingly. Defend your walls too well, and he'll never bother to visit. Defend too poorly, and your kingdom crumbles into rind.
You must Lose To Win.

How to Play
The Goal
Survive 10 rounds. The final round is a boss battle against the mighty Minotaur.
But to defeat the boss, you might need Hero Beaufort by your side. And the Hero only appears after you barely survive a round.
Three Outcomes Per Round
After every battle, your wall's remaining HP determines the result:
TOO CHEESY (HP > 80%) - You won too easily. No hero comes. Enemies steal 30% of your cheese as tax.
SWEET SPOT (HP 1–80%) - You barely survived. The Hero will join you next round.
CURD-DOM CRUMBLED (HP 0) — Game over. Your wall has melted.
The Loop
1. NIGHT phase: Spend cheese to upgrade buildings (barracks, cheese mines, wall).
2. Press J to start the day.
3. DAY phase: Watch the auto-battle unfold.
4. Manage your defenses to land in the Sweet Spot to summon the hero.
5. Round 10: Boss battle with your full army + hero.
Controls
WASD - Move Lord and Go to near buildings to upgrade what you want.
J - End night, start day.
Mouse(Left Click and Drag) - Moving camera in day phase.
